An International Accordeon festival in its 6th year. In 2016 the festival takes us once again on a voyage of discovery of all that the instrument and its players have to offer. This time we go further than the music alone. We explore exceptional combinations and adventurous genres. This time round, the theme will be the role of the accordion in genres other than music, such as theatre, dance and literature. We will also be taking the opportunity to introduce you to a few perhaps unusual ideas. How about some accordion with a spot of yodelling or beatbox thrown in? Once again, this May Bruges will be transformed into the undisputed capital of Accordistan. And with a few hundred musicians in town, a mellow atmosphere is guaranteed!
