This is it – it’s all happening right here at this amazing spot in Vermont – on Fat Tuesday = Mardi Gras. Mardi=Tuesday, Gras=Fat. Terrance will be cooking up a special Mardi Gras gumbo for good luck and a successful lent. We just made that up, but we’ll go with it for now! And the proprietors, the Logan family are the hippest family – ever, like all our friends are in VT, just totally hip!
