We’ve been visiting the Kentucky Center for the Arts since the 1990’s, and returned this year for a Mardi Gras celebration and mini residency. The good vibes were at an all time high thanks to the extraordinary staff, audience and events like this, our school and community outreach activities. The Creole gumbo cooking demo’s are always a highlight of our residency work, and this was no exception!
