In early 2024, Paul Simon released his much anticipated documentary film, In Restless Dreams: The Music of Paul Simon. After a busy year of touring and life, we finally got to watch and it was everything we thought it would be, and more!
To our surprise, of all the photos he’s collected in his life and long, eventful career, he chose to include this one of he and Terrance. It was taken in 1986 when they met in Louisiana when Simon was working on his Grammy winning Graceland album. They recorded a 45 together with Simon singing background vocals on a trad Clifton Chenier song, You Used To Call Me.
Thank you again, Paul for your support and for shining a bright light on our unique American roots music genre!
